Ridgecrest Capital Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to leading Chinese Mobile Games Developer Magus-Soft and its principal investor Siemens Mobile Acceleration in a transaction with U.S.-based MFORMA Group, Inc., a publisher and distributor of wireless content. The transaction enabled Siemens to successfully exit its investment in the company, while affording key strategic benefits to both MFORMA and Magus-Soft. As a result of the transaction, MFORMA strengthened its position in the Chinese marketplace and Magus-Soft benefited from MFORMA’s global distribution network and worldwide publishing capabilities.
