Matthew Dean joined Ridgecrest Capital Partners in 2007 from Merrill Lynch, where he worked in automotive, consumer and industrial investment banking and advised on buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and debt offerings. Prior to Merrill, Matt held positions with Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin as an investment banking analyst in the basic industrials group and at Pacific Partners in venture capital. Matt holds a double-major B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
