Andrew joined Ridgecrest Capital Partners in 2006 from Accenture, where he worked as a strategy consultant. His primary consulting experience includes business case analysis, business process reengineering, and change enablement in both the public and private sector. Prior to Accenture, Andrew helped create a startup business and held positions in finance with the Boston Stock Exchange and Nixon Peabody. Andrew holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.
