Rakesh Tondon joined Ridgecrest Capital Partners in 2006 from JP Morgan, where he worked in technology and telecom investment banking and advised on buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and debt offerings. In addition, Rakesh gained experience in JP Morgan's sales and trading departments. Prior to JP Morgan, he held positions at AMR Capital as an equities and derivities trader and at O2 Business Partners in venture capital. Rakesh holds a double-major B.A. in Economics and Business Management from Wittenberg University.
