Matt joined Ridgecrest Capital Partners in 2008 from Wachovia Securities. At Wachovia, Matt worked in Financial Institutions investment banking where he advised on buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions as well as equity and debt offerings. Prior to his investment banking experience, Matt worked at Duke Energy, a Charlotte-based energy firm where he traded/procured uranium after serving as a nuclear fuel engineer. Matt received his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.
